yes it does but not nearly as much as alcohal or ciggeretts. i think dope should be leagle and ciggs should be illieagle. ciggeretts do more harm to your body than dope does.
There is a real reason it is called DOPE- it kills brain cells and also causes damage to your nervous system. If you think about the name of things you do, that can be a sign of the outcome.remember the commerical with the egg in the frying pan- it's true.
Unfortunally yes it does. There's lots of studies out there that show a correlation between pot smoking and low intelligence.
