I know milk is good for health, but there is any side effect if I drink a lot of!

That's very questionable these days. It's packed with synthetic hormones that make cows produce much more milk and can do funny things to humans too. It's purpose is to turn baby cows into big cows in a hurry. It has a lot of calories and drinking too much could cause you to put on weight. It definitely would on an older person.

Actually milk here in the US especially is not sooo good for you. There is so much junk in it that it is actually more harm than good.

Organic milk is a different story... but not that good for you either.

Humans are the only animals that drink a foreign animals Mucus... gross huh??

That's why older people get Lactose intolerance. yuck....

But DAMN its good........ so it's a balancing act.

yeah - if you have GERD - milk is something we have to stay away from.

too much calcium also increases risk of kidney stones and at some point even makes bones susceptible to fractures (one big irony aight? the same vitamin that build bones is the same that weakens it when taken in excess :-)

Milk is Good. Excess Milk will become fat and stored in Stomach and Back side.

Then it is difficult to move here and there.

Do reduce in take of Milk. 250 ml per Day is the Limit
2 Glass everyday.

Drinking lot of full cream milk can increase ur weight specially if u r not cutting other food items.
Milk is also an irritant to the bowels. It can cause loose motions specially if u r prone to having diarrhoea.
Full cream milk in excess, can b a source of increased cholestrol level.

no i don't think so. but its good for you in moderation just like anything we eat or drink. some get constipated and some get diarrhea. if you get diarrhea then u might b lactose intolerant.

Weight gain - It is packed with sugars (natural but still sugars). Rotting teeth - go the sugar. Constipation - Hmmm nice! Excessive calcuim intake has been linked to osteoporosis, sluggish liver function, coronary issue, and the list continues.

Too much of any one thing is no good.
