I heard the menthol is worse than regular. The junk that builds up in your lungs allegedly never clears out even if you quit - whereas if one quits smoking, there is some recovery by the lungs.

DON'T SMOKE! It's massively stupid & massively expensive and when it starts killing you an inch at a time, it really sucks.
