I am really sick and have an appetite!?!
Question: Ok well i am really sick with the regular cold, possibly the flu! And all i want to do is eat.....i cant get full i dont know why. When i am normally sick i cant eat anything. But now all i want to do is eat!

this means that you are getting better and your body needs the extra energy for recovery. this is just normal.
There's an old saying, feed a cold and starve a fever. However, medics nowadays repudiate that saying, since there's no validity to it. When you have a cold, you probably are bored because you're staying home with not much to do. So I think your excessive eating is just because you have too much time on your hands,and eating provides some diversion.
