Is anyone else bothered by noise?!
Question: If I hear someone tapping, clicking a pen, or listening to an IPOD (just a few examples) I can't stand it. I have to have complete silence. I know I am very sensitive because other people don't seem to notice the same things I hear.
Don't even get me started on those boom boom cars. But then we all hate them....

I can't stand purring, classical music or ear phones, I am also light sensitive, but I've been told it's part of my fibromyalgia, my senses are heightened and I live with a lot of pain.

I'm not bothered to the extent that you are. But loud noises really bother me. They sometimes send a shock through me they bother me so much. And yeah, most people anyway besides the people in the car probably hate "boom boom" cars as you put it.
i cant live with out noise. even while studying i need music. the metro is being built opposite our building and that noise during night gets very annoying
those boom boom cars always make me think something is wrong with my car.
Loud noises bother most of us but when I am trying to take a nap and hear the folding of a newspaper -I have even tried ear plugs and it doesn't block it.
