Why is it so painful?!

Question: OK I have some kind of pain on the roof of my mouth. Sometimes it is really severe and comes with a bad cold nd lasts for 2-5 days with medicine.Other times it goes away in a day or in like 3 hours if i drink something hot such as coffee. It ussually starts every morning

This just started happening to me, as soon as I was using a certain brand of tooth paste now my gums bleed and the roof of my mouth hurts. It could also be because of your diet, my mouth hurts a lot whenever I eat something acidic, like tomato sauce.
