when I smoke a hookah I just take it in and hold it, I don't inhale it, this way I just taste it and don't harm myself a lot by inhaling it...if you want just hold it for a few seconds, hold it casually not like a blow fish with puffed up cheeks lol

PLEASE don't smoke. What is the world coming to! If you smoke, you increase your rate to get lung cancer. Your lungs also turn black. I never hang around people who smoke because they are dirty and are a bad influence. Please don't ruin your life by smoking!
if its fruit tabacco, breathe it in and exhale out your nose, it tastes and smells like fruit. dont hold it in tho. light the puck on top, which keeps it going, and haul off it.
