Excess acid will build up in your stomach if you don't eat and cause pain. If you eat to much then your stomach will hurt as it tries to digest the food. Small frequent meals work best and your stomach won't hurt. If it continues to hurt then you need to see a Dr. you may have an ulcer ( yes, ulcers can occur in young people) or something else.

Are you a " Nervous " person? Try eating small ( mini-meals) throughout the day. That should solve both Problems.

The lady who mentioned ulcers could be right. Ulcers ARE NOT CAUSED by stress. They are the leading cause of ulcer disease is currently believed to be infection of the stomach by a bacteria called "Helicobacter pyloridus" (H. pylori). Another major cause of ulcers is the chronic use of anti-inflammatory medications, commonly referred to as NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), including aspirin. Cigarette smoking is also an important cause of ulcer formation and ulcer treatment failure.

Perhaps you have Gerd, or acid reflux. Try going to a gastro doctor. They will do some slightly uncomfortable tests, but its worth it to rule out possible esophageal cancer, ect.

good luck

Well, I'm no doctor, but I don't like the sound of this. If it were me experiencing those constant pains I would be concerned and would see my doctor if the pain continued.

You always need to be on a balanced intake of food!!!
