Firstly if you make your diet too harsh and call it a diet, then you won't stick to it. Yes you are right, you haven't much too loose, which unfortunately means it will be harder. People with a lot of weight to loose will loose it much quicker than someone with only a little. Without knowing what diets you are trying, and what your current diet is, I will just give you general info. Bascially, you just want to go on a healthy eating plan - not a diet. A healthy eating plan is something you adopt for life and allows for slip ups and lazy days, but as long as get on with it after a slip up you will be ok.
General rules are: 30 mins of constant exercise per day. 10 mins here and there won't work. To burn fat you need to do aerobic activity, such as walking, cycling, jogging, skip rope - whatever just keep your heart rate constant for 30 mins. You shouldn't be puffing or panting just raising your heart rate so that you can still carry out a conversation - ie walk and talk to someone. To determine what your heart rate should be use the figure 220 and take your age off it - so if you are 30 it will equal 190. To burn fat your heart rate needs to be at 65% of 190 = 123 beats per minute. Take your heat rate by feeling the pulse on your wrist or throat and count the beats. If they are above 123 you are doing cardiovascular work - not fat burning.
Second - diet. 3 meals per day, snacks in between and 1-2 litres of water per day. No soft drink no juice, no cordial and cut out alcohol, whilst you are trying to loose weight. Only have 1-2 drinks of alcohol per week, and if you are maintaining your weight have a couple per week but not whilst you are trying to looose weight. Basically only water, tea & coffee - limiting sugar and use light milk. Try not to eat too much fruit, as fruit is high in natural sugar, which basically makes you hungry all the time. Try eating lots of protein snacks and low GI foods which will keep you fuller longer, ie: beans, raw nuts, eggs, tinned tuna . Carbs are necessary but try and limit it to 5-6 servings per day. Don't eat after 6pm at night, as if you eat late, your body will take the calories to bed with you and they won't get burnt off. If you can, try and exercise first thing in the morning, prior to eating any food, that way you will burn off stored fat instead of what you have just eaten. Good luck!

Um, just run. eat three square mills a day. cut off fast food entierly, And dont snak. This should help you loose weight.

im dieting and i read on www.wikihow.com that if you chew on ice or raw vegies before you eat some junky foods like pizza or chili than you wont eat that much junk food rather than if you hadn't ate that ice or raw vegies

If it gets hard I think its because you're on your weight range and you want to go below it. Why stress so much cause of weight?

that seems awfully light, how tall are you?
for a diet to work it needs to become a regular lifestyle health regime.

First off, how tall are you. 120-125 sounds like a good weight to me ( I am 5'7" 118 and concidered skinny) I used to be bullimic and it almost did me in. Give up the weight, find happiness outside the scale, oh yeah, and throw the scale away, I just causes frustrations.
Good luck and know you are more than your weight

u need to be eating every three hours, but not heavy meals. dont let urself get hungry. workout but not krazy. jus once a day. have one cheat day a week, but nothing to unhealthy. keep doing this, and weigh urself. or get u a personal trainer.

first off..how tall are you, because the weight you are going for a pretty light. You shouldn't be so worried about the weight you are right now. I'm a competetive gymnastics and i weight about as much as you do. I;m about 5 foot 6 and i'm perfectly healthy. As long as your healthy, you weight shouldn't matter, its just a number
