I have to get surgery today!?!
Question: Im very nervous becuase i am having surgery, they have to give me a numerous amount of shots then do the surgery ect.
i have to do it because its crucial to my health and on top of all that my stomach is hurting SUPER bad, what should i do to get rid of the jitters?

Sorry to hear bout having to have surgery, some times basic breathing technique's will help, deep breaths in thru the nose and out of the mouth. this is a basic de-stress tactic. That or read a very engrossing book to get your mind off what you are about to go thru.
relax-know your nervous they will give you a shot for anxiety-settle you right down--best of wishes
you just need to realize that this is what is best for you and consider what the painful alternative to not having the surgery would be.
They will give you something to calm you down; especially if you tell them you are nervous. Good luck with your surgery. It is normal to feel the way that you do. I hope someone goes with you. Maybe, drive you. Take care.
