do you have allergy? sneezing has plenty of reasons: if you're inside the room only and sneezing, then it could be some dusts or microbes. probably, you went outside and breathed the air that has bacteria and now you sneeze. if you have pollen allergy, oh dear, it is starting now (in my country). i only felt bad today when i went shopping and found a nose cream for allergy blocking made in Germany. it's a bit expensive and i bought it and applied right away. but danggg, just 10minutes later, i was sneezing badly inside the video rental and people were looking at me. when i arrived home, i took medicine for my allergy but until now, my eyes are falling tears and my sneezing doesn't stop yet. though i have to wait another 1hour to take the strong medicine (that's my remedy always to use first the mild medicine and if it won't stop, then the strong medicine. this medicine will only take 15minutes to effect and everything's gonna be alright again. though you will feel too sleepy also).
oopss, my advice, do not squeeze your nose too much and do not blow it hard too. it will just make infection. if you have hot water, put some in a container and drop some mint flavor. cover your head with a towel while breathing the steam from the hot water. it will help you feel good and breath freshly.

Sinusitis. From your description, I personall think that there are strong presence of bad bacteria that leads you to endless sneezing.

Ha ha! Um, I'm not sure, check for pepper in your pillow.

get rid of the cat, its all his fault

Alergies! I don't know where you live, but I'm in Iowa and the weather is slowly getting warmer. Seems like everyone here is getting sinus infections. So, take an antihistamine and hopefully that will stop the sneezing.

allergies, dry winter air, dust bunnies.

sneezing is good...it decongests your lungs...you can feel it especially if you have a cold....i once heard that sneezing causes the heart to stop just for that moment and it says the heart rests whenever one sneezes.....maybe its true because after a sneeze, you feel unclogged....

may you have hayfever...is there a plant or flowers nearby?

i have a morning sneeze every morning - its weird..
but i have rerally bad hayfever ... feb - oct every year :( xx
