Will I get taller...?!

Question: Currently, I'm a male high school Junior at a towering 5'4" (j.k. about the towering part)(maybe it's cause I'm 1/2 Asian...). My question is, will I get taller, I hope so, but while my dad is 5'10", my mom is only 4'10" or so, so I don't really know...

You should get taller because males normally grow in height until they are 20 or 21. The growth that you experience now will be slower than what you first experienced when you hit your first growth spurt after entering puberty.

There is a formula on a USC Adolescent Health Page that is used to estimate height. When I plugged the info from your parents into the formula, it estimates that your final height will be 5'11". Now this is not exact of course, many things affect the final outcome, but generally boys are their fathers height +/- 2 inches.

Hope this helps!

If you go to this website, you can enter your age and parent's height and it will show you your estimated adult height.

you might you might not- however you are pushing the point where the odds are leaning towards the might not part...and it is probably because your mom is very petite. genes are genes- what'r ya gonna do, eh?

Whether you will or not is only going to matter to you. We'll judge your size by your character and so far I see 6' 3".

I'm 5'11 and my parents are short of part Asian decent. Start drinking lots of milk. People can grow into their twenties.

You stop growing once your growth plates reach their max. My understanding is that you can grow into your late teens. It's silly for fully grown adults to try to take growth supplements because their growth plates are fused. It also has to do a lot with hormones and puberty- has your voice completely changed etc.
I grew another inch after high school. Sadly you really can't know for sure because everyone is different.
