"HEALTH" magazine is pretty good. My Grandmother (I am 34) got it for me this year. All of a sudden I started getting "Health" Magazines in the mail.. I have a lot of health issues and she thought I would like this. It has everything you need. It's for a woman although men can surely take heart of a lot of the material in there as well. It's a good start. I would say go to your pharmacy/walmart/barnes and noble etc.. and browse the selection. I would say a good start is HEALTH magazine especially for a woman. You get the excercise side of it, nutrition, feminine stories and articles, news etc.
