I'd drink something warm, like tea or coffee, with a spoon of sugar. It might be that you're about to catch a cold, so try to keep warm. Good luck!

Could be the first signs of the flu

eat some ice...

maybe your getting sick
i agree maybe u have a flu

try hot green tea. that work wonders for me.

it happens sometimes
just chill out

you'll be fine :)

You need something to suck on.

Wow, I'm surprised no one has come up with this yet. It's dry air!!! Get a humidifier and you'll breath in moist air, which will help your throat.

If you are taking some prescription medications it could do it or just dry air, suck on a mint or hard candy, it should help.

its some kind of sign of flu..try heating a little honey and mix it up with a smal pinch of black pepper and drink it off....your flu or your bad throat signs will go away soon...Asap i hate cold

Sounds like the 1st symptom of the flu. Drink ice water with lemon and rest. Run a humidifier abd take it easy.

You are probably in the first stages of coming down with a virus - what I would do if it were me, would be to take some Chinese herbal anti-virus pills such as Gan-Mao-Ling.

However you probably don't have those readily available.

Alternatives in western medicine would be to take a couple of grams (2000 Milligrams) of Vitamin C and some echinacea pills (available from a health food store and some drugstores).

If you can get homeopathic remedies in your drugstore or health food store I would try some Bryonia, as it treats colds & flu that has dry throat as a symptom.

You might want to also try rosehip tea with honey - sip it rather than swallowing it down.

Make sure that you stay warm - don't expose yourself to cold by going out with an undone jacket or bare midriff.

Take it easy for a day or so - don't stress out your body, and if you smoke, try to do without for a day or two.

It is possible that this is the begginning of an illness, and is the first symptom.

If not then it may be that you've eaten something that wasn't quite right.

You may be getting sick. Take something now!!!
