You should see a doctor and have some blood tests run. Could be depression, anemia, thyroid. Most likely some type of vitamin deficiency. You shoudl also take a look at what you are eating. I would defintely see a doctor, you can't really play a guessing game with that, and the sooner you find out, the sooner you will hopefully feel better and help yourself in the long term!

the dark circles and eyes could be hereditary i have them to. as for being tired all the time you may be getting to much sleep the body only needs 8 hours a day and if you get more its not always good.

Do you have a normal sleep schedule? In other words, don't go to bed at 2 one night and wake up at 12 and then another night go to bed at 11 and wake up at 6. You need a constant bedtime/wake up time.

It could also be the food you eat. Energy mostly comes from carbs. You need a well balanced diet.
Also, they say that getting too much sleep is bad for you. You should be getting somewhere around 8 hours of sleep each night.

you could have aneamia or diabetes.. the first is caused through low levels of iron in your diet (which you can get mainly from red meats and green veg) see your doctor about it, i have aneamia and it does make you drousy all the time, you can sort it simply by taking iron tablets and eating foods rich in this. diabetes is basically your sugar levels being messed up so again this is diet.. just go the docs and they will give be able to help you. If you have nothing medically wrong with you it could just be that you are a growing teenager that needs more sleep to re-charge as your body is going through some big changes. hope this helps :)

Oh, sorry your mom and I will keep it down next time...jk! You should go to a doctor for that, my cousin had the same exact problem. The doctor gave him some pills to drink before he went to bed every night and now he sleeps fine without the pills.

This is just a rough guess in the dark but... It is one of the main symptoms for Diabetes. Others Include:

Random Loss Of Weight.
Needing to go to the toilet alot.
Itchy.

Message Back if this Helped :D

Do you wake up during the night gasping for air? Check this website http://kwikken.com/sleep-apnea/120/ it could be sleep apnea. If you wake up tired and it seems like you should have gotton enough sleep, it could be some sort of sleep disorder. It could be serious.

sounds like you need to see a doctor and have your blood checked, could be low or high, or some other illness, if you are not smoking or doing some type of alcohol and drugs. diabetes also make you tired and sleepy as well, as iron poor blood.
