Do you sleep...?!
Question: on your back, side, or stomach?
I'm a stomach sleeper myself, even though I know it isn't good for my back! =/

I've been told for years that I'll regret sleeping on my stomach when I get older, and I'll have back problems, etc. But no matter how hard I try, I can't fall asleep any other way! I'll lay on my back all night and nothing, then the second I turn over, I'm out like a light. Weird.
I wonder what determines how we sleep the best? Maybe how our mothers laid us down as babies? Dunno. That is weird to me!
Stomach if not I won't fall asleep
side

Can't sleep any other way! Feel so unnatural.

I sleep in a fetal position (on my side). I can't sleep any other way.
I sleep on my side most of the time which is really bad for me. In my case, over a long period of time it caused me to have irregular musculo-skeletal cramps in my chest where the muscles will tense up. So I'd say that sleeping on the back is probably the best way to go. I guess it depends on whatever makes you feel comfortable - Even though, I still sleep on my side. ;P
side..and back...
Always on my stomach. Can never sleep in any other position. And I must sleep with my feet hanging over the bed for some strange reason?
I sleep on my back, side and stomach...
I find it very hard to sleep, so i also keep on turning and turning and turning =\\
About 95% Stomach , and 5% side. Like many others say I cannot fall asleep unless its on my stomach but sometimes I can manage sleeping on my side if am on a couch because sleeping on your stomach on a couch can hurt and feel like your being bent.
Always in the fetal position on my side.
Usually I sleep on one side or the other.
i sleep either on my side, or back
If you sleep on your stomach and are worried about hurting your back or other long-term problems, get a body pillow. My wife uses one, it's about 4 feet long and you kind of lay halfway on it, throw your leg partway over if you want. She swears by it.
For me, I sleep on my side but it sometimes hurts my back so my doctor suggested a smallish pillow between my knees. I don't know why it works but it makes my back stop hurting when I sleep.
back [most of the time] or side [ sometimes]
