A physical examination. Just sit there quietly (or stand, or lie down) while he pokes and prods you.

Thats true...It takes about 10 minutes if that. They make you turn your head and cough. Check for any kind of testicular cancer. They also stick that cold thing in your ear and look at you ear drums for some reason. Sometimes you take a urine sample. Fairly simple.
