just be there for her when she wants to talk or cry or whatever - be on the end of the phone or available to go out shopping or something to take her mind off things. let her know you love her and are always there and she will appeciate you for it
friends dont ask for anything off there friends .. the best you can do is be there for her, listen to her, and just be a friend to her and her family i promise she would be truly grateful for that
