Back problem?!

Question: Ok heres my problem.... I am 17 years old and i stand like a pregnant woman the arch in my back is huge! Im already having back pain...im not pregnant....ive stood like this for a long time and ive never had kids... how can i fix my back? it makes me look really fat and i hate it cuz i stick out my butt and shoulders and my back caves in bad please help me!!
