Light therapy.

This involves shining a reasonably bright light (or array of lights) towards your face. This simulates the natural circadian rythm of looking at the sun after waking up circa dawn. Try this, it will make a big difference. It might be as small a change as adding lights to your room for morning hours only, or actually going outside and getting some sun.

Other techniques: make sure you are sleeping well (you can have a doctor check for things like sleep apnea that you might not realize you have and can dramatically affect the quality of your sleep
Have a cup of coffee or tea
Eat a healthy breakfast (yeah, healthy, I know, doesn't that suck?)
Exercise in the morning (I know you have to actually get up to do that, but it sure helps)
I personally like to get in the shower with it on very hot then throughout my shower gradually cool it down until I can barely stand it. This really rejuvenates me, there is no being sleepy after that... I just have to work on not staying in the shower for 45 minutes on full heat :)
Be sure to avoid using a snooze button. It does NOT help you. To be restorative, sleep sessions need to be atleast 45 minutes long, 9 minutes only makes you more sleepy

Those are my ideas, good luck and GOOD MORNING!

Coffee.
Eat breakfast. A healthy one.
Get up and do some exercises...maybe some lunges or crunches. That will get you going in the morning.

i know how u feel i could never get up early either until my boss threatened to fire me if I was late one more time. Make sure to put alarm at high volume so it wont becomee part of the dream.. once u wake up no matter what don't go back in bed. put on music and change out of pajamas. dancing also wakes me (do running man or the hustle)

1...Donot sleep late at night
2...Make your girlfriend/ boyfriend call you at the time you want to get up...
3.. plan something important to do early in the morning...
4. Start morning walk/jog. Once the habit sets in ou no longer needs to worry...

Switch on alarm.
Before going to bed, tell your mind that you need to get up.
Practise meditation before going to bed.
Eat proteinous food and drink lot of plain water.
Keep mind relaxed and energetic.
If you are getting abnormally tired, then I would recommend blood examination for haemoglobin contents and also for any impurity.
Check your BP regularly.
