Actually I think if you lose weight from around your middle then your boobs would look bigger regardless.

Just relax and get on with your life. You may get bigger boobs after pregnancy, because of the hormone changes, but they wont grow that much. It's all about the genes. If it's in your genes to have big boobs, you'll have them, if not, tough luck. Look at your female relatives - do they have big boobs? Well there's your answer.
There are certain foods that are said to contribute to breast growth. Use google to search for such foods.
Don't sleep on your tummy. Sleep on your back. Let your chest "breathe". ;)
If all else fails, wait till you are 21 or so... Get implants.
(note, that I strongly advice against that.)
Your breast is fatty tissues so as you lost weight they will get smaller...maybe to what you actual breast size is. When I lost my weight i went from a "D" down to a "B"
