How can i not be tired?!

You could drink some Mountain Dew. That always works for me. But it does leave you with the crash... Then drink some more!

umm.......SLEEP!

Being unactive makes you tired, turn the computer off, get up and go for a walk

sleep and eat right

go to sleep silly... or a bunch of coffee or energy drinks!

Take cat naps for 20 minutes a day.
Does caffeine help you?
Exercising helps also.
It does not work right away, but building it up by eating properly and exercising will make sure you are tired at the right time of day (at night)
I used to be tired all the time too, but I am much better.
Also if you are stressed, do something you enjoy for a little while, and go back to work.

get a good 8 hours of sleep every night and exercise.. youll feel more energetic than tired all the time

Drink some hott coffee

Why don't you just sleep? Tiredness is the bodies way of telling you that you need to sleep and let your body and brain recover from the day!

eat better...........i feel better when i walk.....after that i cannot stop walking and my tired ness vanishes

you could take an adderall. that keeps me up when i have to study. if not drink loads of caffiene!!!!!


you could also try and sleep for 30 mins. if you take that kinda nap it s suppouse to give you a small hype. or go exercise that helps you not go to sleep.

Maybe go wash your face with cold water? That might help for now :D

tired means you are low on energy. so take a boost on energy. try using energy drinks, they are easily available. but body is like a machine, which needs to rest after a while, to repair the damages, and wear tear. so take proper rest too until unavoidable

Also caffiene works. try taking power naps. power naps are sleeping for an hour. it is the time, when a human can relax and e refreshed, without feeling tired. it is said a human goes into deep sleep after almost 1 hour of sleep.

splash water on your face...do 50 fast jumping jacks...sprint somewhere real fast...Watch a scary movie...you won't want to go to sleep (maybe not the best tactic)...um, drink an energy drink high in caffine (rockstar, redbull, monster, coffee). You probably shouldn't drink or eat something with too much sugar cuz that will probably give you a short high then have you out like a light... do u need to stay awake for some special reason?

drink tons of caffeine!
make sure not to eat or have a hot shower (this will just make you more sleepy/tired)
btw, is this feeling of tiredness over a long period of time? you might have anaemia, get your blood checked out :(

Its very simple you will have to find about 20minutes everyday in the morning and do some specific Yoga exercises, Its possible because I am doing it myself.

Get up, eat, walk around, drink Red Bull, run around for a few outside, draw something up, spin around in a spinny chair... anything like that can wake you up.
