Question about BMs.?!

Question: I used to always be constipated all the time. Now I have changed my eating habits and have regular BMs. (About once every 5 days, which is about as normal as it's gunna get for me.) Since then my stools have been absolutely HUGE. My hemorrhoids have gone down A LOT but my butt burns for the rest of the day after I drop one of these massive monsters. Should action be taken to relieve the burning? My guess is my colon stretched out bigger from being constipated for SO long. How do I make my stools smaller but not harder?

Yes, use Benefiber. You can buy this in any drug store. When it is mixed with water it is truly tasteless. Start small and add more every three days until you have a bowel movement every day (or at least every other day).

And, please eat an apple EVERY day. Force it down if you don't like it.....treat it like medicine.
