Yes, I have sneezed AND coughed when I've had a headache...OUCH!! It makes your head pound even harder!! *o* Oh, and yes, I do hold my head.... I don't know why though... you wouldn't think that holding your head would help much? lol
Definitely! As a matter of fact, I am sick right now! I had respiratory problems yesterday including a massive headache and sneezing. When my allergies kick in, I get a lot of headaches. This is due to the pressure of all of the buildup inside the sinus (inside nose). Many people go through this and it is typical (not unusual). It definitely does hurt more when you sneeze. I hate it when I have headaches and on top of that I am sneezing! Hope this helps!
