Can't handle breakfast?!

Question: I'll use what happened today as an example, although it's a frequent occurance.

I woke up 7:00am and got ready for school. At around half-past I decided to have breakfast. I usually don't eat it because I'm not hungry so I just reverse what I eat for lunch and morning tea. But today there was heaps of time left so I thought I should have some but I really felt sick at the thought. So I just got out some blueberries and I put one in my mouth and INSTANTLY this hot (extra liquidy) saliva that's really acidic made it go sour so I had to spit it out. Then the spit kept coming up so I went to the bathroom and spat it out but it kept coming up, I tried drinking water but no sucess. Then I start feeling so sick, and I gag until I throw up but because I haven't eated anything nothing comes up, it's awful. It only stops when I run to the kitchen and eat a couple of grapes (it's always been them). After I have to lie down because I feel weak and feverish and sick but cold at the same time?

I have had this problem for years, so do my siblings. Easiest way to solve this is not to eat right after getting up.I know ,I know some people say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but not for those of us who can't handle it. Just keep doing what you are doing. Only eat when you're hungry not when everyone else thinks you should eat.

Eat later on the day then.

You really need to see your Doctor, just in case you have a medical problem which is causing this. It might seem trivial thing to go to the Doctor about, but it is better to be safe.

Wow, I don't get it as bad as you but I never eat breakfast anymore, unless its at like 12:00 which is actually brunch...

When I used to eat breakfast everytime i finished eating it I got an instant stomach ache, no-matter what I ate! Just a glass of juice or milk, cereal, toast, pancakes, toast! anything! and I always had to go to the toilet constantly until it went away (>_< sorry! I'm not gonna explain the details of it! lol) and I always felt bloated even if I hardly ate anything. It was so inconvenient on a school day!

But try maybe have a shower first to wake yourself up properly (I know it sounds weird but its just like eating half an hour later to give your body time to 'wake up' you know what I mean? lol)
And try eating something warm to soothe your stomach better? like oats maybe?
And is it just happening when you eat blue-berries?
