I'm sick with a stuffy head and I ache. What is a good OTC medicine?!
Question: Well you can take sudafed and things like that but they make you a bit loopy. I would take max strength motrin or advil an anti inflammitory for the headache and aching of the muscles. Load up on vitamin c, and a good old fashioned remedity is broth with tons of crushed garlic, smelly but you sweat out the cold/flu. Warm bath, heat pad/blanket is good, and hot tea. At night take nyquil or something that will knock you out.

I use Sudafed daytime plus Afrin nose spray. Hope you feel better soon.
Tavis-D works the best for me.
