don't worry about it, you can't really hit yourself in the stomache that hard (boys do that quite a bit, but the second someone else hits them there they get the wind knocked out of them, lol)
Em I no know this aint good for her but wel just ask her whats wrong with her and make to stop straight away!. It could do some damage to some organs if the punching is all the time.
Probably nothing serious and I doubt any internal damage, but she could get some sevre bruising. Self harmers need help, advise her to get in contact with her GP to arrange a meeting with a counselor.
Look on some websites about self harm and what you can do to help her. Something very important they always say is to not tell your friend to stop doing it, but to try and understand and find out why she is doing it. When I am helping my friends I always ask them lots of questions before coming up with suggestions or other ways to deal with their problems. I am not a psychologist but I am often able to help my friends a lot and talk them out of self harm.

She could get internal breeding/bruising. She should see someone about it. There was this girl in the show Grey's Anatomy who hit herself in the stomach with a baseball bat because she couldn't feel anything but had major internal bleeding. I know it's a TV show but I'm just saying haha. But your friend needs to stop.
