Banana's I think....
Fiber.
fiber
Cheese and bananas
Lots of fiber. Fiber supplements, plums, plum juice etc etc.
whole wheat bread, whole grain rice
Add more fiber by eating fruits, veggies, whole grains, pasta and nuts
Found this site with a list...

Buy some fiber suppliments or Metamucil.
Messy to clean? Sounds like granny when she would sh*t all over herself and then wipe from front to back.
Just eat a lot of Human Meal.
I thought it was more healthy for your bowels to be softer. Do you have anyhealth issues?
SPEAKING OF BOWEL MOVEMENTS IM IN THE BATHROOM RIGHT NOW AIN'T THAT CRAZY HM YES IT IS!
dairy products
everyone is different, but dairy products usually do the job.
Stop eating so much fat.
Maybe eat some cheese.
Cheese, banana's and rice are all excellent for "firming up" your stool. This is a great trick that moms use with children who are having that trouble. Do NOT add fiber!!! that will loosen you even more.
Everyone keeps saying fiber.. but fiber actually SOFTENS your bowels! If you have hard bowels or are constipated, THAT is when you are supposed to eat fiber. But if yours are alreayd too soft, then you want to avoid fiber! I'm not sure if there is anything you can eat to make them harder, but you should eat less fiber. It sounds like you might have too much fiber in your diet.
Did any of you read? This person does not need more fiber!
Dairy products and meat can help harden stool.
fiber-starchy foods. veggies, little fruit, some vitamins? and definately 6-8 cups of water.
Eat grain cereal, drink metamucal, and try not to eat greasy foods and I think you will be ok! :)
Banana w/skin still on
Epsom salts and ex lax
Fibres will make your stools even looser, and irritate more your bowel.
If you stool is very liquid, and this is not the consequence of infection, you can make them more solid using a preparate with kaolin/pectin that you can buy at the pharmacy. Always ask your pharmacist. It might give you the opposite effect.
The reason why your stool is very soft might be an excess of coarse fibres in the diet, steatorrhea (presence of fats in stools) or a food intolerance. In general loose stool is due to an impairment of the water-salvaging mechanism in your colon. You could have irritable bowel syndrome, or be intolerant to milk, or cereals.
Ask your doctor for further information on how to diagnose a food intolerance.
