Should I vomit?!


Question: I just came home and I feel very sick. I went to the gym to work out for about 45 min. After that I went swimming for more than an hour. I didn't eat anything today at all I feel sick and a bit dizzy. I swallowed some of the water when I was swimming and I want to vomit but Im afraid nothing will come up or I may feel worse. What should I do?

Have something to eat. I am a competitive swimmer ,so I drink allot of pool water. You shouldn't feel dizzy. It is probably low blood sugar. I'd have something to eat, and sit down for a while. YOU'll feel better

Your body needs fuel. Eat.

You need to hydrate your body. Eat food all day. They say you can have unlimited vegetables

stick your finger down your throat

vomiting alwalys makes you feel better, Unless, there is nothing in you, than it's not good.

just eat some food. if say you eat breakfast and then you go and work out and dont eat until way after the usual time you eat, you will start getting shaky, get a headache, and get a little dizzy.

so yeah just eat some food, and relax. it will go away.

or you can just vomit and then follow the procedure
