What type of doctor should I see for dizziness?!

Question: It all started about 6 months ago when I started spending more time around my girlfriend's cats. My ears were itchy (allergies) and I would stick my finger in my ear and wiggle it. Sometimes it hurt but it felt so good. I started feeling dizzy (maybe an ear issue?) about 4 months ago and it's just gotten progressively worse. Now when I feel dizzy I start feeling anxiety or have a small panic attack becuase I feel like I'm going to fall over. I often feel imbalance and light headedness too. I seem to have all of the symptoms of an ear infection or vertigo. I don't know if I should go to a primary care physician or an ear nose and throat specialist. With my insurance plan, it doesn't really matter which one I go to initially. I don't need a referral from a PCP. My ears also feel "clogged" like when you are in an airplane. Thoughts?!!?

I would go to the PCP first, even if you could go to a specialist. They're general symptoms, and the doctor would know where to send you if you need more specialized care.

ENT - Ear Nose & Throat doctor

First see you regular doctor.
Then he will suggest someone.
Most likely a neurologist.
