Spots all over me?!
Question: My back is really sore its like a stiff kind of pain and im out in spots that look like chicken pox

um. i got told you can get chicken pox more than once... or it could be shingles... see you GP

A good possibility that it is shingles. I would get it looked at by a doctor.
It is possible to get chix pox more than once, in adults chix pox are called shingles and are suppose to be very painful.
Have you eaten or come in contact with anything new. Also could be welts from a food allergy or an allergic reaction. Maybe benedryl and see if that takes care of it.
I think I have the same thing as you. I'm about to make appt with an allergist, I'd suggest you do the same. It sounds like hives, an allergic reaction. I'd also do whatever back exercises you can think of to rule out the option of just a bad back, mostly - swimming. Another good one is to straighten out and pull your shoulder blades together behind or in front of your body. Your muscles need to tense up to fight whatever part of this is just a bad back.
And definitely find outwhat you're allergic to. In addition, keep our house as clean as possible, get rid of thick carpets, or if too expensive - buy a better vacuum or pay a maid to help out. Good luck!
