Why does everything BAD happen to me?!
Question: I am really mad!
today when i was at school in the morning everything went perfect! Then in the afternoon about 1:00 everything was going down hilll. It started to rain. I got a 68 on a test. and it was horrible. and everything good happended to all my friends! Why does everything bad happen to me its like i have bad luck? im really really starting to get angry with my self like its my fault! =( i need help!

You need to focus on the good in your life, not the bad. Bad stuff like that happens to everyone. The difference between positive people and negative people is that they recognize what is good and avoid dwelling on what is bad. And I'll bet your friends had some bad stuff happen today, too, they just didn't mention it.
So let's take today. You say everything went perfect in the morning, but you didn't elaborate. Take a minute to write down everything that went perfect or OK today. Did you wake up feeling healthy? Was the sun shining? Were your parents and pets healthy and happy? Did you get a few good laughs today? All of those things are blessings that we tend to take for granted. It takes practice, kind of like exercising a new muscle, but try taking a couple of minutes every day to write down good things, and you might be surprised how much "better" your days get!
Life gets easier things could be worse. You could fall off a mountain, burn your hand in a bone fire, or melt the siding on your in laws house - My husband did all those things then he took his pregnant wife and 2 yr. old down a "undeveloped road" got stuck for three hours and had to pay $250 for a tow truck. It isn't luck good or bad its God he works in strange ways!!

B) I totally relate, for years it seems everything amazing happens to people around me, but I'm just cursed! It's not true, in the grand scheme of things there are no mistakes- everything happens for a reason! The supposedly 'bad' events occurring to you now are imperative to your development as a person- the good and THE BAD build character- think of how many points of reference you have now in your repertoire!
C)Write down all the good things that have happened to you in the past week and all of your assets.
D) Avoid the compare and contrast game- it's just depressing. Just because you don't get what you think you deserve or really want doesn't mean you're any less valuable or any more unlucky than the next person-

F) I totally had a horrible day yesterday, but today was amazing- bad luck is BS- it's all how you look at the world around you.
