Why do I always have a...?!
Question: I always seem to have a small runny nose or sneeze often. Is this a health problem?
What are the steps that I might need to take to try to reduce these problems?
My personal hygiene is great. I shower daily, brush my teeth, and do everything else to make sure my body is in good shape.
I do spend a lot of time on the computer. Is this the culprit?

Sounds like you have an alergy to something. Do you have pets? Do you often sit in drafts when working? You could be alergic to pet dander or to dust mites. Contact your family physician and discuss the matter with them. They should send you to an alergy specialist to be checked for alergies to pets, dust mites, grass, lactose, grains, etc.
ypu might just have a small allergy to dust or something like that in the house or an animal if you got one...
you may have an allergy to something around you. or a good reason for a constant runny nose is a nasal polyp which is basically a mucus dripping polyp in your nose. your best bet is to go to an allergy doctor. they can check for you. best wishes
