Girls only?!!! 10 points best answer?!

Question: i have MRKH, and i dont get a period but i still ovulate
okay well when i went to my specialist i got a vaginal ultra because i
told him i was having pelvic pains and he wanted to see what it could
be so he told me that i was ovulating and this was january 21, i had
the same types of pains around febuary 21 and it stoped for a couple
of days and now its back and it hurts like hell it feel like its in my
ovaries, its like a throbbing pain, my doctor said if im feeling it
again come back because it could be that im bleeding from the "horns"
on the inside. But for now i want to see how it is, But it hurts to
the point i find my self like having out burst about it, i cant
explain the feeling besides like a throbbing feel, very uncomfortable
pain. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?!!! please reply with
some advice?

I'm 28 now but when i was 16 and 19 i had exact same thing, very sharp pain in ovaries. It was inflamation of the ovary. You definetly need to see a dr and maybe this time a different dr and get another vaginal ultrasound maybe other dr missed it.I do get pain in my ovaries still now when i'm ovulating but it's not the torturing pain it comes as a spasm and goes away.So maybe the dr is right but i would get 2nd opinion just to be sure cause inflamation of ovaries can leave you infertile.Hope all is well, good luck.

see your doctor ASAP. he knows best and he specifically told you to come back if it continues.
good luck <33

a cyst on your overies , inflamation of the overies, i would go back to the doc to make sure everything is ok...pain is sign to tell you something isnt right..good luck
