Senna tea--Frequent uses bad?!
Question: my boyfriend constantly uses senna tea (ballerina tea), not for loosing weight, he uses it because he feels constipated, and by frequently i mean he used it twice in three months. and i know it doesn't seem often but i know he will keep doing it. In Guyana we use it too, to "flush out our systems" however i am afraid his constant use will weaken his bowels. should i be worried or not? should i tell him to stop or not?

you could research it and find out how much he is using, i'm no expert but i think i might be dangerous.
twice in three months is far from frequent, you are being paranoid
If you drink it 3 times a day that's over doing it but if you feeling sick over those few times you consume it then see a doctor.
