Is this possible with a new pillow?!

Question: I had trouble feeling rested after sleep. I got a pillow with polystyrene pellets in it that takes the shape of the head. Now however late I sleep, I wake around 5.30 in the morning feeling quite fresh.

Naturally, if we have a nice deep sleep, we don't need to sleep as much. And it look like you are rest well these days, since you gotten your new pillow.
