Headaches caused by eye strain?!

You could definitely be getting the eye strain from headaches...I get migraines from my contact lenses when they need to be changed or I wear them for too long...your body changes and gives you signals to tell you to stop doing things...

You haven't mentioned whether you wear glasses or not, however either way it may be time to get your eyes examined by an optician.
Also, extreme tiredness can cause the slightest of headaches, so look after yourself.
Remember, that you can also adjust the text size on your computer,so it's easier to read without straining.
