Please help...somethings wrong and im freaking out?!
Question: When your muscles jerk..not twitching im not talking about a fasciculation it feels like my arms or leg or just diffrent parts of my body just like jump or jerk..its not noticable to anyone else but its annoying to me..im 15 and iv been to a nero..he did some baisc test like my reflexs and stuff and he said everything looked fine..also i have some stiffness in my fingers sometime...im 15 and im scared i have some horrible like als or ms or something...what could this be

Have you done anything differently in the last few weeks? I would keep a written record of when it occurs, is it more noticeable at night (for example). You went to a neurologist? That's better than a physician, but if it concerns you that much, I would seek a second opinion! A good web site (I use it a lot for my school) is, WebMD.com.
If it scares you that much, go to another Dr. No one knows for sure what your problem is so your best bet would be to see another doctor, maybe a different nerologist.
