Ways to gain energy while sick?!


Question: Hello..
So having a sinus infection + my antibiotics has left me less congested but very slow and weeaak and tired. I have a 2 classes to go this evening, including a test. I really need to find a way to boost my energy (besides doing some sort of exercise, since that just burns me out)... any ideas?? Thanks!!

Something always proven to work is a short nap before you have something to do (appr. 15-25min./sleep). However, it isnt always enough, especially if you are ill. I would recommend, if you feel up to it, to -slowly- sip on some coffee just before class, and maybe even break off a few pieces of a caffeine muffin. Do not exercise, it will just make you more exhausted and weak. If caffeine is too much for you have some non-citrus fruit like an apple or pear.
