LExercise may help, in the sense that it causes you to feel good generally. It seems strange that your anxiety arose from nowhere after you had not had a problem before. If you are sufficiently disturbed by this new development, talk to your school counselor. He/she of ten have good resources for coping with such problems. Good luck & congratulations!! Even now as a person getting close to retirement age, I CAN'T get up in front of people...

You have anxiety. Don't feel bad, you're not alone! (I have tons of it!!!!)

Working out will definitely help. So will meditation, less caffeine, deep breathing, and a glass of wine. I do them all.

Feel better, honey!

Take deep breath, and try to relax, try medication.
