Star,

Find and talk to a psychologist or psychiatrist. Don't be embarrassed, they are not allowed by law to discuss your case with anybody. They can teach you how to think about things in a different way. So you can get on with life.

Hope this helps,

J

you need to go to a psychiatrist or psychologist for therapy. the hypochondria can be a result of underlying anxiety or ocd symptoms.

There's no need to be embarrassed. This is an illness just like any other. You should talk to your family doctor, and possibly get a referral to a psychologist to talk to about the issue. There's likely some underlying pressure that is coming out as an obsession with illness.

You should see a psychiatrist, talk it out. Sometimes hypochondria can be caused by an underlying need for attention. Also as mentioned above ocd which you most likely need meds for.
