Take in less food!! Don't buy into the magic herb or pill. Nothing works. Not even water tho it is good for you so drink more!!

Nothing works but less food! Exercise doesn't really work cause your body just gets used to it after a few months. So shocking your system helps now and again.

I quit smoking 9 months ago and have had trouble shifting a few pounds. Nothing but starvation seems to work. bummer!
