Answers: When a kid get's eye boogers is that pink eye or just because his sinuses are clogged some?

either.

could just be sinuses, if it gets worse confront a doctor.

Only after they touch themselves.

Sinuses, but sometimes you get crud in your eye when you just wake up

eye boogers are normal everybody gets them its just a part of your body

It could be a cold or sinuses. But, if it is crusty, red and watery it may be pink eye. Also, if it is pink eye it may hurt.

i get them alot when i have conjunctivitis.

but when i was little i got them all the time and there was nothing wrong with me =]

hope they're alright :)

If it's just a bit of crud in the corners of the eye after sleeping especially, it's just the eye cleansing itself. If the entire eye is crusted over and looks pink or red and irritated and itches, it's pink eye, go to the doc for medication. It's very contagious so wash wash wash.

just sinuses, if the boogers are bright green and gooey, or very very thick in the morning than its something else like pink eye or conjunctivitis

its natural to get eye boogers. especially in the morning. its probably nothing serious, but if your eye looks pinkish then i would get it checked out by a doctor

The clinical name for the mucus that accumulates at the corners of the eyes especially during sleep is called Gound. If a child has pinkeye the eye starts producing copious amounts of mucus on and around the eyeball.

You mean, Conjunctivitis? The green gloop keeing their eyes closed??
Children get that from dirty hands or, pink eye.
The normal "eye boogers" everyone gets. Maybe sleep related, I don't know.

I've had my fair share of pink eye and it's not fun. You definately have to see if he has the symptoms...(go to webmd.com prolly) if not, it could definately be sinuses!

Some symptems are...

Eye redness
Swollen, red eyelids.
More tearing than usual.
Feeling as if something is in the eye.
An itching or burning feeling.
Mild sensitivity to light
Drainage from the eye. (...duh)
