Really noticable vein. . .?!
Question: Ok , this is gonna seem like a weird question, but at the top of my chest, my veins are EXTREMELY bright blue, and you can see them run all the way down to the middle of my nipple. I'm only 28, should I have this problem already?

Probably just means you have British royal connections as they are always said to have blue blood (not sure why).
As long as they're not wide in places then it should be nothing to worry about. If they are then I'd get them checked out as it sounds like varicose veins.
The colour is simply because they're close to the skin. The deeper down they are the darker they'd appear. Just tell your b/f that it's the line he has to follow with his tounge. ;)
That is not a problem. It is a normal vein located in that area. Some peoples are more prominant than others. You have to remember that everyone is different and not let that bother you.
