What could this BE???????!
Question: weird thing in back of throat.....okay i sometimes kan cough it out other times i have to get the bottom of my toothbrush..its like a yellowish green thing that develops on my back wall of mouth(tonsil) and r soft and kinda smelly......went 2 doctors with it on my throat and sed it was nothing 2 wry about and thatd it b okay, that was a year ago! any ideas?he sed tonsil stones but how they go away?im 20 by the way if it helps PLEASE

These yellow pellets are called Tonsilloliths( unsure of the correct spelling). It is not a dangerous thing but it may be due to poor dental hygiene. Floss everyday and brush your teeth and your tongue everyday after every meal
It's Flem. Do you smoke? That could cause it.
Its a flem build up from the night my daughter gets this and she is a mouth breather at night. The doc says it could be allergy related as well to cause such a build up from her sinuses dripping, we are waiting for a referral to the allergist at this point.
Sounds like phlegm. I have problems with that too because of my allergies. Did your doctor tell you what tonsil stones are and how long you might have problems with them and if they ever go away? These are questions you should ask (or should have asked). Next time you see your doctor, bring up the issue again and ask him all about it.
