Question: i hate drugs and any thing that portrays a drug, i think they need to disappear from this earth all together and it doenst make me even more mad when someone says, pot isnt a drug, its just like a ciggerate , well its not you dont get high from ciggerates or the muchies or sit around in a cirlce while smokking it im pissed

Hmm no I don't think it is a drug. It is a lot less dangerous, and has lesser side effects than alcohol.
Pot is a drug, that is a fact. So is nicotine, alcohol, caffeine, and all of the legal painkillers prescribed today. Cancer patients are prescribed marijuana to ease their nausea and bring back their appetite. My father has neuropathy throughout his GI tract, his doctors prescribe him marijuana so he can (somewhat) digest food. I take offense when you say that they should all disappear from the earth, as that would be the same as saying cancer patients do not deserve any relief, or victims of any disease deserve to suffer. I agree that anything can be dangerous if abused. And I can also tell you that there have been no reported deaths from marijuana use, how many do you think are from alcohol, even directly (alcohol poisoning, cirrhosis, etc.)? On a side note, I don't smoke. Not because I think it is evil or immoral, but because I choose not to.
pot, alcohol, and tobacco are all drugs. They are not hardcore drugs, but they are drugs.
and yeah, a cigarette made with a good quality tobacco, you CAN get high off of it.

Why would pot be considered a drug but not ciggarettes? Nicotine is more addicting that THC and causes more damage to your body. You could consider lots of things "drugs" - caffeine, sugar, alcohol, etc. You just need to live your life the way you want. As long as it's not taking away someone else's rights then you have no right to judge anybody. And just a note: while you may not get high from ciggs. or get the munchies, you do get cancer, emphysema, heart disease, low birth weight babies, and on and on and on. Personally, I'd rather sit around eating bags of cheetos than have to breathe with an oxygen tank.
There have been numerous studies done about the effects of marijuana on a fetus, and there are no lasting effects. The only thing noted was temporary cognitive and speech delays that completely disappeared by age 5. And these studies were performed on women in Jamaica who made tea with pot and drank it EVERY day during pregnancy. And who smoked regularly. Just because the March of Dimes puts some crap on a roll of mints doesn't mean you have to believe it.
i have uncontrollable epilepsy, No man made drug can control it. Marijuana is the best substance on earth it controls my epilepsy 100%

I dont care if i get thumbs down or what ever, marijuana enables me to leave my house without worrying about running out while unconscious into a car. Have one puff and i wont have a seizure for hours
