eight, 8 ounce cups, glasses whatever you want to call it, most tall glasses are about 16 ounces, so that would count as two.

Yep, as long as they are eight ounce glasses. Do not exceed over 100 oz. of water!

They mean 64 ounces of liquid a day. I know they always say water, but it is really liquid - you can count juice and pop, etc. Just stay away from the sugar filled stuff...

yes 8 eight oz of water, you dont have to consume that much 5-6 glasses of 8 oz would do to thats just what they recommend

It's 8 oz (or one cup). And remember that is an estimate. The body's needs for water are going to be different depending on your size. Obviously, a 250 pound person will need more fluids than a 100 pound person.

Monitor your urine. If it is very pale yellow to clear, you are drinking enough. If it is dark or very yellow, you need to drink more.
