you need an anti fungal... and unless you can find a friend who has some, you probably won't be able to get it without a Rx...

DO NOT use vaginal anti-fungal treatment... sadly enough I've heard of people doing that... for the mouth...

You may try asking your dentist, many times if you have a family dentist you can see them for a small fee (if you don't have insurance) and they can perscribe you something... in which then you would have to pay full price for it.

I have heard the bacteria in yogurt fights yeast, the question is whether is is strong enough... plus the sugar in the yogurt may only feed it... try some plain yogurt with no added sugar.

No, just go to the chemist and they'll give you something.

I think you can just go to the pharmacy, but only if you definitely know it's thrush! (in the mouth haha)

huh?

Try some acidiphilus yoghurt. It has to have the live cultures in it though which can help with thrush. You may have to end up seeing a doc though if home remedies don't work. Eating garlic can help with this also.

You might go to the health food store and check with them. Pro-biotics might help (friendly bacteria to restore your body to normal). There might be other things at the health food store to treat thrush. Try GNC or Whole Foods. Good luck.

yes you need antibiotics
