Catarrh problem?!

Question: hello.....
i am 13
i have recently acquired tonsillitis.....but...
there is a big blob of catarrh stuck in my throat and i cannot seem to get it out...
the real problem is that i cannot cough as it feels as though i may vomit
what should i do?

Try putting something like Vicks or karvol on a hanky and inhaling. And try a hot drink of half the juice of a fresh lemon, some honey and boiling water. Sip slowly and inhale the steam, should help sooth your throat and unblock your sinuses. Hope you feel better soon.
