No offence by this but do you take drugs? If so they can cause this otherwise it could be just a bad ear infection!

My friend has this with her brother and it was a serious ear infection that he hadn't noticed because there wasn't any pain. I'd got to the doctor and check.

You're having nose bleeds while you're asleep.

it could be. you could be having nose bleeds. or your house may be very dry. try purchasing a dehumidifier that well help take out the dryness

I was thinking are your teeth bleeding at all. this could leave spots of blood on the pillow.

Just a thought

A typical sign of vampire bats

I had tiny dots of blood on my pillow in the morning several times in the past couple of years. It is alarming. I chose to do nothing about it, however, and haven't seen a recurrence in the past six months. It's still a mystery.
The little dots resemble something that could have come from deep in the lungs during a night-time coughing session (which I am unaware of when it happens). I worried about a lung tumor. But so far, no further evidence of a problem.
Perhaps your experience will be similar to mine -- which means if it's a tumor, it's a slow-acting one.
If I had to make the decision over again, I would still choose to take no action until the problem becomes worse or more frequent. If I sought help too early, some doctor could panic and insist on cutting half my lungs out. At my age (almost 63), I have to balance every medical decision with the fact that I've had a pretty good life and it does end SOMEHOW for everybody. You may be younger, and thus, your decisions could be different.
Hope my experience provided a little guidance.
